Mr Jingle Jangles

With jingles and jangles, he plays
his tunes in Oh so many ways.
The jester juggles bread and ham,
his fingertips sticky with jam.
Today is his day to perform,
he'll create a chaotic storm.
Foolishness, his signature brand,
he'll dance then on his butt, he'll land
