prayer prompt
Pray for the American and World Economy.

Do you believe you will receive anything you ask for from God? Why or why not?



Matthew 21:22 "If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer.”

I believe that this is true. I draw the line, however, at the "name it and claim it" line of thought. We have to pray believing and having faith. This is also why we don't get answers, as we don't ask in God's will - because we ask amiss to spend it on our own selfish desires.

Just my two cents' worth.
