True Love in eleven lines

For eight long years, Sam Adams dreamt of that date.
One day in Korea she came to his life.
He was overwhelmed and knew he had met his fate.
They dated for two months, then she became his wife.
Meeting her on that date, everything became so great.
They moved in together; she became his whole life.
It all happened on one day in September.
It was a date he would always remember.
He often thought about his fairy tale romance.
He knew that he did not meet her by mere chance.
It was truly a case of love at first glance.
