I have many songs that I enjoy; from all genres. But lately I've heard a cover of an old classic - Bon Jovi's Livin' on a Prayer. That brings back a lot of memories. It was released in 1986, so - 37 years ago?

It is a bit "tongue in cheek" as I find myself actually trying to make prayer predominant in my life. It's not easy, but I am continuing to try.

When my kids were younger, I would listen to this song to motivate myself to exercise or to clean house. The tempo is upbeat, and it sparks a kind of energy. Even now, I am motivated to "move and groove" (in my own way, of course ).
