It's been a while.

I decided to have a small break.

It was going to be much longer, but my son told me to come back here because it was, literally, the only interaction I have with someone who is not my child or my job search manager. Being rejected by a woman I am really fond of has destroyed me mentally. Plus 2 novel rejections, 10 (!) poem rejections and 5 short story rejections in a week...

I am writing and that is about it.

So I am here again, trying to be social.

Apologies if I am not as outgoing.

My son is checking up on me to make sure I am participating here. Great kid; pity his father sucks.
