| October 29, 2023, 12:00pm AUGH! My brain is conspiring against me! I have a story in my head - half a page of notes and ideas so I don't forget them - ready for NaNo... BUT! A page of notes and ideas was churned out last night after I finished a short story. Another novel/novella - a traditional romance, the rekindled teenaged romance trope - has reared its ugly head. I don't want to start it because of NaNo starting in 3 days, and I want to make sure that story gets my full attention. SO... I might write two books in November. The YA fantasy-horror, and then this middle-aged romance. Maybe another 100k word NaNoWriMo? My brain... (I know I said I would stop posting about my personal life, but she who I am infatuated with and I had a friendly jokey chat this morning after I was accosted by a bunch of netballers half my age last night... Pleasant... I still really like her...) |
