what do Cats Want From Us?

I have often wondered
What do cats think of us humans?
Cats were such strange creatures/

One evening I came upon
A parliament of cats
Having a meeting
in a park in Incheon, Korea.

There must have been 50 cats
All communing together
Telepathically connecting.

The cats
Were looking at me.
With evil
Blazing from their eyes.

I asked the cats
So Cats, what do you think
About us human beings?

He heard their answer
In his head
As the head cat spoke up.

A huge black cat
Almost the size
Of a tiger.

Human beings are nothing
To us other
Than as our slaves.

Someday soon
We will take over the world
And you humans will no longer
Rule the world.

And will do as we tell you to do
For the rights to you
Have been sold
To the Cat Emperor.

For we are the future
And humans are the past.

The cats
Stood up
And became huge terrifying creatures.
out of my worst nightmares.

Snarling with death in their voices,
They all started chanting
“Death to all humans “
Screeching at me
Chasing me down the street.
