B-2: Mind Your Manners!
The Red Queen insists on Alice having manners around her. What sort of rules/manners/common courtesies would you like to see more of these days? (<500 words)

Recently, and this may only be in the city that I live in and not the world at large, but we've noticed a sharp increase in the number of people driving without their lights on after dark. I mean, maybe it's because their lights don't work because they're driving a beat up old car that's been in seven different accidents, the trunk doesn't shut without a bungee cord and the engine's being held together with duct tape, but it's a matter of safety.

My father was the one driving, and he was going to turn left. It was twilight, so the worst time of day for visibility but he saw one car come up over the hill and thought he could go after. Good thing he looked again, because after than car with the lights on were two more with them off.

People, please. If your lights don't work, don't drive at night. It's common courtesy. It's for safety. It's the law for crying out loud.
