Bill also thinks Trump was behind January 6 insurrectionist.
They raided the Capital and looked for Nancy Polski and Trump's V.P.
They wanted to hang them from gallows constructed in front of the Capital.
Trump offered the National Guard to assist Speaker Nancy Polski's security.

She refused...

I don't have an opinion about Bill Maher...
I do think having a rally at the Capital was a bad idea.
President Donald Trump told the insurrectionist to go to the Capital.
And they were to protest an unfair election of President Joe Biden.
What did Trump think would happen?
