Confetti Spaghetti

1 lb ground beef
2 cups summer squash, diced
1 onion, diced
2 cups corn
2 cups peas
2 cups spinach
1 large can spaghetti sauce
cooked spaghetti or rice


brown ground beef with onion and drain.

add al vegetables except for the spinach

add spaghetti sauce and cook until squash is tender.

add spinach and stir to combine

Serve over spaghetti or rice with garlic toast
