Nessie, The Lochness Monster

I met Nessie in Lochness,
I was exploring the castle-
near by. The castle was in ruins.
I saw a big green, no black
looking dinosaur.

Was it a dragon? She looked sad.
She came to the edge and I walked over to her.
I reached out and touched her.
She was wet, soft and cold.

I think she purred and smiled.
Her eyes looked friendly.
I knew she was a she and was friendly.
Nessie was beautiful and perfect.

I got on her back and I swam with her.
It was fun. No one would believe this.
Nessie took me out into the lake.
It was a beautiful sight.

So, Nessie bought me back. I was sad to leave.
I hugged Nessie and kissed her.
She flipped her tail to wave.
I went back to the castle.

The guide tour asked where I went.
I smiled. I met Nessie.
I got on the boat with the others.
Nessie swam past. I blew her a kiss.

Nessie is real. She lives at Lochness.
I hope to see her again someday.
How old is Nessie? She will live forever.
I know she will live in my heart.
