I Don't Know What Happened
I Don’t Know What Happened

Today started for me at ten AM WDC time. My brother and I didn’t have too much to do today. But we wanted to get it done before it got too hot out. It took us a little longer than we thought it would take. As a result, we didn’t get it all accomplished before it was beginning to get hot.

It was already beginning to get hot when we left a little after ten AM WDC time. Luckily, we still had AC in our car. The AC wasn’t very cold. But it was cold enough that we were comfortable while in the car. It was when we weren’t in it that was my problem.

When I got home, my feet hurt and I felt weak and tired. I think my gout was coming back. Luckily, After I got home it didn’t take long for my feet to stop hurting. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about how I felt. I was still feeling weak and tired. Maybe even too tired to write.

Usually, when I feel weak and tired I don’t feel like writing. That isn’t true today. It was about the opposite of that. I got a whole lot of writing done today on the fourth and last episode of my Water Wars scriptwriting project. At least the Story Outline phase of it.

Let's do a little math. I needed to get forty-one single paragraphs written before I finished writing my Story Outlines for this project. And I still have sixteen left to write. How many paragraphs did I get written today? That’s right, it was twenty-five. I still can’t believe it either.

It’s true, my brother and I didn’t have anything else to do today. That means I had about seven hours to work on this project today. But the way I felt, I didn’t think I would get that many single paragraphs written today. Usually, when I feel this way I’m lucky if I can write ten of them.

That’s about four single paragraphs per hour, about fifteen minutes for each paragraph. I can maybe get that many written if I feel okay. But to do it when I am weak and tired I usually don’t do that. Why did I do it today? I don’t know. And I may never know why.

All I do know is that once I started writing I couldn’t stop. Of course, I did stop a few times to get something to eat or drink, something to do with my brother, etc. But overall, I still had about six hours to work on this project. If it wasn’t a little bit more than that.

Will I get the last sixteen single paragraphs I need to finish writing these Story Outlines? There are a couple of reasons why I may get them written tomorrow. One reason is that I only have seven paragraphs in Act Four of this episode and nine for the Tag Act.

I usually get Act Four and the Tag Act of a Part or an Episode written faster than the rest of my Parts or Episodes. I’m not sure why it’s faster. But I think it’s because it’s the end of a Part or an Episode. Whatever the reason I usually get them written faster.

The other reason why I may get this phase finished tomorrow is because of today. If tomorrow is anything like today, I shouldn’t have any problems getting these Story Outlines done tomorrow. At least I hope that I can. After all when I do, I can start working on my Scene Outlines.
