There is a lot within me Other Than Scriptwriting. This blog is devoted to those stories.

The Planning is Done
The Planning is Done

My brother and I didn’t have too much we needed to do today. But it did take us about two hours to do it. As a result, I only had a few hours to work on my second Short Story for this month. Luckily, I got the creation of my first Short Story done before we started doing them.

Almost all of my short stories are broken up into sections or parts. And with those parts or sections, I write single sentences for them. They get erased after I get done with these short stories to be replaced with two ##s or four ####s between the first and second half of the story.

I usually write three or four paragraphs breaking down these short stories. These paragraphs help me to write them. But like the single sentences, they don’t always stay the same. Overall, they do stay the same, but sometimes they don’t. After all, these short stories are free-styling. At least that’s what I call it.

The single sentences and paragraphs are there just to help me write these short stories. But I write these short stories from beginning to end. And sometimes while I’m writing them they take off on their own. Usually, that doesn’t affect my single sentences or my paragraphs. It’s not very often, but sometimes they do.

That’s kind of what happened with my first Short Story this month. The paragraphs stayed the same for this Short Story. But the single sentences changed slightly toward the middle of it and beyond. Overall, the single sentences stayed the same too. But the beginning of them didn’t.

What does what I just wrote mean? It means that I usually only have about two hundred words per section or part. And sometimes when I’m writing I get too close to that two hundred words limitation. As a result, I cut off the ending of the first section or part to start the next one.

Unfortunately, all these paragraphs and single sentences take some time to write. And I only had about four hours to work on this Short Story. So, the planning of it is all that I got done today. I didn’t physically get any parts or sections written on it today. I’m ready to start working on that tomorrow. Hopefully, I will get a lot of it written.

I don’t know what my brother and I need to do tomorrow. But I’m sure we have a few things we need to do tomorrow. Hopefully, it won’t take us too long to accomplish them. If it doesn’t take us too long, hopefully, I will have enough time to get two or three parts or sections written tomorrow. I will be happy at one or two. But I would prefer two or three.
