A blog devoted just to my scriptwriting. That’s all I’m going to blogging about here. |
Ending Act Two and Starting Act Three A little better today. I got a total of twenty paragraphs written for the Episode One Scene Outline for my Water Wars scriptwriting project. That includes two Establishing Shots, thirteen numeric scenes to end Act Two, and five numeric Scenes to start Act Three. I was kind of lucky, though. I’m a little bit surprised I got that many written. Not because of the amount of time I had to write, but because of the writing itself. I had about six hours to work on this writing. So, that wasn’t the reason I barely got twenty paragraphs written today. Unfortunately, it was because of all the rewriting I had to do. I had a lot of rewriting I needed to do. Some were only a few words, and some were quite a few words to several sentences. About half of my sentences had problems with them. Most of them are because of the end of lines. Speaking of my end of lines, I don’t like ending my lines with less than five characters. If it’s less than five characters, I need to adjust it to make it less than five. Sometimes that can be easy to do and sometimes it can. Today was one of those days it couldn’t. The only exceptions are the last line of each paragraph. It can be more than five characters long. I try to get about two-thirds of the way through the last line for Chaad, Suuri, and Hoolle and about halfway through this last line for Reen, Voonc, and Kiirra. It may be a good thing I got so many paragraphs written for this Scene Outline today because I don’t know how much writing I will be getting done over the next few days. I have something I need to get done tomorrow and my brother has something he must do Tuesday. I’m not sure about Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday yet. At least one of those days I will be starting my training for my new Security Officer job I start Friday at 11 PM WDC time. I just don’t know which day it will be, how many days it will be, or how long it will take to finish it. No matter how I look at it I’m going to need to adjust the times I write and post these blog entries. After all, I won’t be writing and posting them before midnight WDC time on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I don’t know how I will handle the rest of the week yet. I may start writing and posting them early in the morning on the days I work and around noon on the days I don’t work. It all depends on what kind of writing I can get done while I’m at work. If I’m allowed to use my laptop at work, I can do it this way. Hopefully, I can do it this way. I’ll probably find out about my writing situation when I start my training this week. I’m kind of up in the air right now. Once I find out what my writing situation is, I will know the best way to work on my writing projects and the writing and posting of these blog entries. |
