Feeling Like A Failure, Food and Religious Relationship

I am not going to achieve my 50000 word goal by the end of November. I am not giving myself enough time to write in the day, and have only a little over 12000 words done. I feel like a failure, yes, but I think I will get my novel, "Conquer" , written before Christmas. I have the basis for my plot done, and I have my main characters introduced to the reader. I just have to step up my writing game, and I can achieve this much.

I don't agree with Ms.Rylant for the most part. I do get one thing in November that I usually don't get the rest of the year, Pumpkin Spice. The restaurants have Pumpkin Spice Lattes, Scones and Muffins. It usually runs from October to November. I love Pumpkin Spice.



I am not sure I have a relationship with God. I stopped going to Church when I was fourteen. I wanted a deeper connection with God and the Catholic Church was not helping me get that. I have been praying and trying to find a way to have the kind of relationship I want with God ever since. I seem to be getting the silent treatment, though.
