Biblical Holidays

Pick a Biblical holiday to write about. Do you have a favorite?

I believe the only holidays that are physically mentioned in the Bible are the Jewish holidays. There are around 6 or 7 if I remember right. I think the one that intrigues my interest the most is the Jubilee celebrations. I kind of wish we would celebrate the year of Jubilee every 7 years and make it a practice to forgive each other's debt. I think all of the Biblical Holidays are interesting to study and to read about.
