John 3:16 God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son. Who ever believed in him shall not perish but have ever lasting life.
This is a favorite verse for me. I learned this when I was ten years old. I always thought of Baby Jesus in the manager. Jesus was God's gift to the world and we do need him and love him. Where would we be without him? He is the way to Heaven. God gave Jesus to the world and we shall have life with him in Heaven someday as long as we believe and love him and follow him faithfully. This is my favorite verse. This says it all about Jesus.
