Not worrying
"Note: 48-HOUR CHALLENGE : Media Prompt Deadl..."

I guess what a fighter pilot means when he says 'I ain't worried' is that this is not the time to worry.

In high pressure situations, you might do some worrying before, but when you're there, faced with it, especially if you're a high level professional, you buckle down and do what needs to be done step by step. This is where your training and the hours of learning and experiencing you put in stand you in good stead. Anyone in a high pressure, high level job would relate to this. I guess there is just so much a human being can take, so after supposedly 'not worrying' for this many years, they probably need to retire or they'll burn out emotionally. A shoutout to the families who go through things behind the scenes.

I couldn't really understand the lyrics of the song, but I suppose that's what they're saying!

Clips from Top Gun brought back memories of watching it in the theatre with college friends, years ago, I guess when it was first released. I didn't usaully watch action movies, comedy and musicals were more my genre, so this one stands out. Also, going for a movie was a big deal in those days.
