Entry That Isn’t One

I only had about five hundred words to write before I finished my WDC Short Story for this month. It was probably closer to four hundred and eighty words. However many words it was, it only took me about three hours to write them before I finished writing this WDC Short Story.

That left me about eight hours to continue working on my Water Wars scriptwriting project. It’s eight hours instead of nine hours for a twelve-hour shift because I have to walk to a nearby restroom where I’m working now. That takes me about a half hour to get there and back to the Guard Shack, where I do my writing.

Unfortunately, I need to turn my laptop and tablet off so that I can take them to the restroom with me. After all, there is no lock on the Guard Shack there. I’m willing to risk my food and drinks getting taken, but I’m not with my laptop and tablet. Nothing has been taken so far.

Of course, this last weekend was a little different than my future weekends because my brother took me to and from work this last weekend. He knows the area I’m working in now a lot better than I do, especially how to get there the fastest and safest way. From now on, I will be driving myself to and from work.

That also means I will be driving myself to and from the restroom myself. That should lessen my time going there by about fifteen minutes. I will still be breaking down my laptop and tablet, but instead of taking them into the restroom with me, I will be keeping them in my locked car.

I got a little off track there. This blog entry is about what I accomplished yesterday evening and overnight this morning. After I finished writing this WDC Short Story, I thought that I would continue to work on my Water Wars scriptwriting project, but it didn’t quite work out that way. I did start working on it again, but not just then.

It was about an hour later that I started working on this project. I still haven’t filed my Tax Return this year, and with only about a week away from the deadline, I decided to fill that out instead. I thought it would take about two hours or more to finish my Tax Return, but it didn’t.

After I finished with my Tax Returns, that’s when I continued working on my Water Wars Scriptwriting Project. I started with the sentence Act Breakdown for Episode Two, and I finished the Story Outline sentences, but I only got about halfway through the Scene Outline sentences in the seven hours I had left this morning to work on this project.

Unfortunately, I had something I had to do this morning. So, I couldn’t go to sleep until about eleven AM WDC time. As a result, I didn’t have the time to create this Short Story, plug it, or ask for a review today. I also didn’t have the time to work on my DeathBringer scriptwriting project.
