A blog devoted just to my scriptwriting. That’s all I’m going to blogging about here.

I Think I May Have It
I Think I May Have It

I only had about four more hours today to work on my Water Wars spreadsheet update for my Water Wars scriptwriting project. It took me almost all of these four hours to set up my Act Scene Initial Breakdown for these Parts and Episodes. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the time to get started on this Act Scene Initial Breakdown today.

Why didn’t I have the time to at least start working on my Act Scene Initial Breakdown today? It’s because of one problem I had with one of my secondary characters. I don’t like having back-to-back scene numbers for the same character. I had that with one of my secondary characters, and it took me a long time to solve this problem.

At least I think that I have solved this problem. It looks like I have, but I won’t know for sure until I plug these character initials into my Parts and Episodes. Unfortunately, I don’t have the time to do that until I get to work until I get to work late tomorrow evening and overnight early Sunday morning. Hopefully, I can do it then.

This phase of my updating isn’t over with this Act Scene Initial Breakdown yet. There is still a bad chance that this secondary back-to-back isn’t the only thing wrong with this updating format for this project. There may be other problems with this setup. I hope that there isn’t, but there could be others I don’t know about yet.

Even if there aren’t any more problems with this setup, I’m still not finished with this phase of this update. I still need to verify that the scene numbers associated with each of the six main characters equals the same for the other two main characters and secondary characters for each Act, Part, or Episode.

I already know each of the three main characters (Chaad, Suuri, and Hoolle) has thirty-two numeric scene numbers for every Part or Episode in this project. Each secondary character (Reen, Voonc, and Kiirra) has eighteen numeric scene numbers for each Part or Episode. Unfortunately, I can’t write the same thing for my Scene Fives and Scene Tens.

The number of Fives and Tens is almost equal to the three main characters. There is a slight difference between the two, especially in the Parts and Episodes, where one character begins each Part or Episode and another character ends it. It’s a little lopsided with the Parts and Episodes, where one character begins and ends them.

Unfortunately, it’s not these main characters that begin and end each Part or Episode with the most Fives and Tens. It is the main character that doesn’t begin or end these Parts or Episodes, especially with the main characters who begin and end each Part or Episode. These Fives and Tens are better than the ones who begin and end each Part or Episode.

I was hoping it would equal out with the Fives and Tens for my main characters, but I didn’t expect it to. I know that it wouldn’t because of the number of Fives and Tens there are for each of the six main characters. After all, there are twenty-two Fives and Tens for the main characters and eight for the secondary characters.

Of course, if I could have taken away one of the Fives or Tens from the Teaser Act and the Tag Acts for these Parts and Episodes, I may have evened it out with twenty for the main characters and ten for the secondary characters. It wouldn’t have evened it out completely, especially for the characters who began and ended each Part or Episode better.
