A blog devoted just to my scriptwriting. That’s all I’m going to blogging about here. |
An Update on My Writing Yesterday, I wrote about the changes in my life now, but I didn’t write about how it will affect my writing. I also didn’t write about what I accomplished yesterday with my writing of my DeathBringers scriptwriting project. That’s what I’m going to do today with both of my scriptwriting projects, aka Water Wars and DeathBringers. I don’t think the changes in my life now will affect my writing that much, if they affect it at all. After all, one of those changes involves going to sleep earlier during the week and getting up earlier the next morning. That should help me with my writing because I will have more time during the day to devote to it. Of course, I still have the stuff that my brother and I need to do almost every weekday. There isn’t hardly any day, Monday through Friday, that my brother and I don’t have at least one thing we need to accomplish that day. It’s usually several things we need to get done that day. Whether it’s one or more things, we still need to do them every weekday. It’s a little bit different on the weekend. After all, I can’t go to sleep early Saturday morning or Sunday morning because I’m at work during that time, and in my line of work, going to sleep is definitely a no-no. Sunday morning and Monday morning go well with my new life changes, especially Monday morning in regards to these blog entries. Instead of a ten to eleven hour shift on early Saturday afternoon, aka six PM WDC time, to early Sunday morning, aka six AM WDC time, it will probably be about an hour less from now on. After all, I will need to spend about an hour at the end of my shift to write these blog entries. They won’t need to be posted then, but they will need to be written. Up until now, I usually waited until I got home from work on Sunday Morning to write these blog entries. I didn’t post them until just before I left for my twelve-hour shift on Sunday evening and Monday morning, but I did write them before I went to sleep on Sunday morning. I still could do that, but it would be hard for me to do it. After all, I now have to take Metformin before I go to sleep on Sunday mornings and Monday mornings. I don’t have to take this tablet with breakfast, but I should take it with food. Sleep is not as big of a detail on Monday morning as it is on Sunday morning, but it’s best if I also get a few hours of sleep on Monday morning. How will these changes in my life affect my writing? I don’t think it will be that much, if it affects it at all. It may even help it somewhat or a lot. After all, what my brother and I need to do that day usually takes only a few hours to accomplish. Those accomplishments usually didn’t start until around noon when I woke up that day. Now I’m waking up at about seven-thirty AM, Tuesday through Saturday, so that I can take my first Metformin for the day. That means that if my brother and I do need to do something that day, we can do it before noon, which will leave me all afternoon and early evening to devote to my writing. Not only that, but it could also help me in the mornings. If my brother and I have something we need to do in the afternoon instead of the morning, I can devote my writing to the morning and afternoon instead of just the afternoon. Either way I look at it, I should have more time to devote to my writing. At least that’s the way it looks right now to me. I won’t know for sure until I start doing it, though. |
