Hell Week
This week has been a roller coaster from hell.
My 22 year old niece has a 6" tumor in her left lung. We were waiting on results from the biopsy she had yesterday, but that wasn't soon enough.
Today she was rushed to the hospital with pericardial effusion. There's an issue with insurance until tomorrow when she will be admitted to ICU from the ER.
We are all reeling, and it sucks being so far away and not being there for everyone.
I'm gutted. Fuck cancer! All I can do is wait, pray and hope that it's curable and not the other alternative.
