BCoF - Day 10 - Driftwood Beach, Jekyll Island

What cool driftwood trees. These make for lovely backdrops for picture taking, and we all partake in getting different group pictures. A Warped Witch I Be Maid of the Mist Most Macabre and I take several pictures - I'm sure there will be several picture books in the making after all is said and done. I also liked watching the turtles at the reserve. Some have been injured, but the staff take really good care of these wise looking creatures. Their eyes just look like they know so much, or have seen a lot in their lives.

Reluctant Halloweenist leads us on the bicycle paths and the breeze is a welcome relief from the heat. It is humid outside, and I for one cannot wait to get back to the hotel room to shower and cool off before heading out to dinner. Another day in the books, and I smile as I am enjoying the scenery and different areas so far travelled. I say good night to Morticia Wednesday Megan Rose and Spooky Kooky Krista and I dream about drifting around in the sea with a group of sea turtles, care free and happy.
