A blog devoted just to my scriptwriting. That’s all I’m going to blogging about here.

Even More Responsibility now
Even More Responsibilities now

I only got one hundred and seventy-eight scenes written for my Episode two, ‘Not Hiding in Darkness,’ Act Breakdown, Story and Scene Outlines for my Water Wars scriptwriting project. That includes thirty-six for my Act Breakdown, forty-two for my Story Outline, and one hundred for my Scene Outline.

Why didn’t I get more sentences written today? It’s because I now have more responsibilities at work. Instead of about ten yours of writing time, I only have about nine hours. Of course, considering I wrote one hundred and seventy-eight sentences, nine hours is considered good writing.

At least it’s good writing to me. After all, that means I wrote twenty-five sentences every hour, twenty-six sentences in three of those nine hours. It also means that I wrote about five paragraphs every hour. That’s very good for me, considering I used to write three or four if I was lucky.

I only got fifty more sentences to write for Episode Two before I start writing Episode Three, ‘Floating Weapons.’ Which means that I will be starting Episode Three tomorrow. How many sentences will I get written tomorrow? I don’t know, but if anything like today, it will be about the same.

Of course, tomorrow I come in at six PM WDC time to six AM WDC time on Monday morning, and Sunday evenings and Monday mornings are usually less busy at work than Saturday evening and Sunday morning. At least it has been. I don’t know if that will still be true with my new responsibilities.

Suppose it is as busy or busier tomorrow evening and Monday morning than it was yesterday evening and this morning. In that case, it will be just the opposite of what it was yesterday evening and this morning. After all, if I do get busy or busier, it will be because it’s Monday morning, and that can be busy or busier.

Will I get another one hundred and seventy-eight sentences written tomorrow evening and Monday morning? I don’t know if I will or not, but if tomorrow evening to Monday morning is anything like yesterday evening and this morning, I think there is a very good chance I will get that many written.

Of course, I’m hoping that I will get a lot more than one hundred and seventy-five sentences written tomorrow evening and Monday morning. Can I get more than one hundred and seventy-eight sentences written tomorrow evening and Monday morning? I have done it before.

There is no reason why I can’t do it again. It all depends on my new responsibilities, and how much time I have to devote the them. The more time I spend working at work is the less time I have to devote to my writing. Right now, it’s up in the air as to how much writing I will get done.
