Copycat Sauces
I’ll do what I can to die a slow death ... all in the name of the sauce, of course.

         — Emily Liebert, "You Knew Me When"

I'm not a big fan of copycat recipes, but when you think about it, unless you're in a kitchen putting stuff together on your own, all recipes are copycat recipes. When people talk about copycat recipes, they usually mean recipes for foods they get in chain restaurants. Recipes for things like Kentucky Fried Chicken 11 herbs and spices is an example. I will however, try to mimic restaurant sauces, gravies, dips, dressings, and various condiments.
