Another Few Hours

If I had another three or four hours to work on Episode Four for my DeathBringers scriptwriting project, I would have gotten it done this week after all. Unfortunately, I didn’t have those extra hours. I still have fifty sentences left to write before I finish writing these sentences and this phase of this project.

That’s right, I got one hundred and twenty-one sentences written today for this project. That’s twenty-one sentences to end the Story Outline for Episode Four and one hundred sentences written for the first four Acts of the Scene Outline. Why was it twenty-one sentences for the Story Outline when I thought it was seven? I was wrong about the number of sentences for this Story Outline.

I thought that I only had one Act left to finish my Story Outline for this project, but I had three Acts, aka the second half of this Story Outline. After I finished writing these twenty-one sentences for this Outline, I started working on the Scene Outline sentences.

Unfortunately, I only had enough time today to finish writing the sentences for the first four Acts of this episode, aka another one hundred sentences, for a total of one hundred and twenty-one sentences written today for my DeathBringers scriptwriting project.

What does that mean for this project? It means that I won’t be getting this phase and sentences done before the end of this week. That isn’t exactly true. There are a couple of ways I could get them done by Sunday this week. One way is to finish writing before I go to work tomorrow. Another way is to finish writing these sentences while at work.

I don’t think I will have enough time tomorrow before I go back to work at six PM WDC time to finish writing the fifty sentences I need to finish writing Episode Four and this phase of these projects. It will be Monday at the earliest that I can finish writing these sentences, and it may or may not happen on Monday, either.

After all, Monday is the first day of the month. Within the first three days at the beginning of each month, a new WDC Story Story Contest prompt is posted. It probably won’t be posted until Tuesday or Wednesday, probably Wednesday, but it may happen on Monday or Tuesday.

It doesn’t happen too often, but it has been posted on the first day of a new month. Whether it’s Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, as soon as this new prompt is posted, I will start writing it. As a result, I won’t be working on any scriptwriting project until I finish writing it.

I can’t get my DeathBringers scriptwriting project done by the end of this week, but I should be able to get it done by Saturday evening or early Sunday morning. The only way I can do that is if I finish writing it at work during my first twelve-hour shift at work. It should happen tomorrow evening, but it could venture into early Sunday morning.

Of course, I could do it that way, but I’m not going to do that. After all, I still have a lot to do before I can start writing my sentences and paragraphs for my latest movie scriptwriting project, The Life of Billia Lonce. That’s what I will be working on this weekend at work. As a result, I won’t get my DeathBringers scriptwriting project done this week.
