A blog devoted just to my scriptwriting. That’s all I’m going to blogging about here. |
Continuing with Part Two I wrote the seven paragraphs for the Teaser Act of my Part Two mini-series Story Outline for my Water Wars scriptwriting project yesterday. That means I only have five more Acts to go, aka thirty-five more paragraphs, before I finish writing this Story Outline. Will I get these thirty-five paragraphs written during my first twelve-hour shift at work early this evening, starting at six PM WDC time and ending early tomorrow morning at six AM WDC time? Based on the last two days of writing, I shouldn’t have any problems getting thirty-five paragraphs written during this twelve-hour shift at work. After all, I have been averaging about four paragraphs every hour for the last couple of days. If I keep that up while I’m at work this weekend, I should get this Part Two Story Outline finished in about nine hours. That’s if it’s still four paragraphs every hour. It could be more than that. If that’s true, and it is about four paragraphs every hour, I should have one to three hours to start working on my Part Three Story Outline. Why did I just write ‘one to three’ hours? It’s because this is a Saturday, and Saturdays can be very busy where I work, especially the first half of my shift. The second half can also be very busy. That’s why I wrote that I may only have about an hour to work on my Part Three Story Outline. If it’s a typical Saturday at work, I may only have about ten hours to work on my scriptwriting. So, it does take me nine hours to finish writing Part Two; I will only have about an hour for Part Three. Hopefully, I will start writing more than four paragraphs every hour. That is a very strong possibility. After all, I do tend to get more written at work than I do during my time away from work. If I can average five paragraphs every hour, aka about twelve minutes each, I will get Part Two finished in seven hours instead of nine hours. That’s a two-hour difference. Which means I will have at least three hours to start working on the Part Three mini-series Story Outline for my Water Wars scriptwriting project during this first twelve-hour shift at work. If that’s true, I may get Part Four written by the end of this weekend. |
