A blog devoted just to my scriptwriting. That’s all I’m going to blogging about here. |
Halfway Through ‘Calkin Cove’ Story Outline It wasn’t easy for me to get these eighteen paragraphs written for my ‘Calkin Cove’ Story Outline. After all, I only had about four hours to work on this project today. That averages about four or five paragraphs an hour. I’m usually lucky if I get four paragraphs an hour lately, but today is like it has been lately. Eighteen paragraphs in an hour is what I have been averaging the last few days, aka two Acts of this Story Outline. That’s the number of paragraphs that I got written today for my ‘Calkin Cove’ scriptwriting project. It also ends the first half of this Story Outline. That also means I have fifty-four more paragraphs to end this Story Outline. Will I get these fifty-four paragraphs written in the next three days? I should get them written by the end of this week, aka Friday. After all, that equals eighteen paragraphs every day. That’s what I have been writing daily. There’s no reason why I can’t do it for the next three days. All I need is about four to five hours each day, and I should be able to get these eighteen paragraphs written. Only that could be a problem tomorrow. I may not have four or five hours to work on this project. If it is four hours, it’s probably going to be barely four hours tomorrow. Why don’t I have more time to devote to my scriptwriting projects during a day like tomorrow? It’s because it’s a Wednesday, and Wednesday mornings and early afternoons are busy for my brother and me. We usually don’t get home until about two to three PM WDC time. That should give me about five hours to work on my projects, but it usually isn’t. After my brother and I get home on Wednesday, we usually aren’t ready to relax and get started with my writing right away. It usually takes us about another hour or two before we can do either one of those things. As a result, I only have about three to four hours to work on my projects on a Wednesday. It’s usually a scriptwriting project, but not always. What about Thursday and Friday? As far as I know, my brother and I don’t have too much we need to do on Thursday and Friday. I’m sure that we have a few things we need to do each day, but hopefully it won’t be too bad, and I will have plenty of time to work on this scriptwriting project. I may even have the time on Thursday and Friday to catch up with what I missed on Wednesday. Of course, I hope that I don’t have any catching up that I need to do from Wednesday, but I’m not going to count on that until it happens. After all, I have thought that way before. |
