My Life as an Anime

Gulfarium! [08-11-00]

Hey there all you people trying to keep up with my life. Things are going..eh.. ok. Today was pretty fun though :D

I had to get up early, around 8 or so, and get dressed fast. We first went to McDonald's, so mom could drop some paper work off, then we went to the base. After hanging around the lobby of the Base Exchange (which is like a minimall), we were able to buy the tickets for the Gulfarium. For those who don't know, the Gulfarium is kinda like a "Sea World" type place. (not as big, but still fun!) I don't remember exactly what time it was, but we were off =)

Once there, some guy threw us against a green screen (not literally) to take our picture. I had a feeling it was for a digitally altered image, but I really wouldn't be sure til I saw it. Once we showed our ticket, we were in. First thing we saw were Dolphins... three of them, in one tank playing around. Dolphins are so cool =)

I can't even describe how much fun it was, or all we saw.. I can summorize by saying: Sharks, Sea Lions, lots and LOTS of fish, gigantic turtles (they were HUGE!), Seals, lots of other things here and there. It wasn't as impressive as the one in Hawaii, but it was pretty good considering New Mexico didn't have ANYTHING!

I took lots of pictures, and hopefully they will be up sometime soon. Geocities (being retards) removed my site after 6 years of service with them. Since xoom/nbci isn't letting people upload to their sites anymore, i'm really out of places to put my stuff. As soon as I have a place, i'll let ya know where it is. Until then!
