My So-Called Perfunctory Existence

My Secret Persona...

In one of my few moments of journalist
recognition...and they get my name wrong. Oh
well. Today was the New Haven Road Race
and before I go on thanks to all who came
out...yeah those of you who said "Yeah I'll
come!" thanks...bah.

Anyways...(nah it's ok :) ) I got interviewed for
TV only after annoying few techs and camera
men with questions...pays to be a pest! But
then they renamed me Katherine Quinn.
Frankly, it IS a nice name...how's about calling
me Katie now guys???

In terms of the race, I was really happy
because I got to wear my new (excuse the
John-like comment in relation to inanimate
objects) sexy shoes (but that is truly the only
way to describe them! They're damn sexy
running shoes!!!). Then I ran a full 6 minutes
than last year and 5 minutes faster than the
best that I've run the course! And that's w/o
any XC training! Well, either ways I'll feel it
tomorrow. All weekend my foot's been
bothering me so add in my knee and my
back...what a joy I will be tomorrow. I'll try to
refrain from the ritualistic killings.
