I can speak a thousand words today,
And think of a hundred things to do,
But the most important words I have to say,
Are 'I love you'.

There's a boldness I can't fully comprehend,
An intensity I do not dare oppose,
A love to which I see no end,
A cut that's deep but still shows.

Emotions whirl madly inside me,
Changing and strengthening my resolve,
Bringing my love of you into pure simplicity,
Causing my whole world to revolve.

But despite all that I say tonight,
Despite all that I feel right now,
Though I'm sure it's just in spite,
Of a hopeless and unending vow,

My one true love, I know it's true,
There's a love that no words could ever express,
Even if I could tell you,
In a thousand words or less.
