A couple of short beginnings...
Yellow was the color I wanted to see,
with the blues of mourning shining down on me.
Once I thought there was a long standing rule about things no one spoke of. I was proven wrong one foul day when everyone was correct.
You'll Never Know
Out the doors she walks away,
Fighting the urge to go back and pray,
The car came out of nowhere,
The drivers' face had a lust-filled stare,
She is dead by a random hit,
The flame inside remained unlit,
In the church she told God no,
What God had for her she'll never know.
The If
The if stays there and plagues you,
Inner torment ripples through,
Shivers race from end to end,
Your earth bound form begins to bend,
Curled into a tiny ball,
The if remains through it all,
You wish if would leave,
But you know it will cleave.
