Shane walked me into a big field, got down on one knee like he was proposing, and gave me a promise ring. Yesterday, when I was in one of my moods, I thought he'd get sick of my stupid annoyances. But he told me that he wouldn't dump me for that so I simply said: Prove it.

And so he did. While in that proposing position, he told me that he's not going to let anything happen to interfere with us and he's not going to dump me for something little.

. . . And he slid the ring on my ring finger. It even has a real diamond in it!

I can't help but fall for him and give him my whole heart. This is a big step, a big risk and I'm not even scared. I'm excited. This road I've taken is already better than anything I've ever experienced. I'm so thrilled that I am happy now.

Life with Shane is good. And after I get my license - LIFE will be good. And after Shane finishes my car - EVERYTHING will be good. : )
