Hello, I hope that recent holiday gave everyone a chance to enjoy some fun with family and friends. I love the beautiful displays of fireworks, the smell of barbecues, the laughter of the children as they throw popper on the ground. It is a special time of the year when we can all satisfy a bit of variety. The need to "explode" things, the closeness of a meal shared with loved ones, a time that the children can be free to scream and laugh aloud with delight and fright. But in this time I hope you all remember what the Fourth of July signifys. The signing of the Declaration of Independence, a separation of the 13 colonies from England, and the birth of a new way of life. Things are far from perfect, but I don't remember that being a part of the the Declaration. What it did promise is that if you want freedom, with alot of work you can have that.
