YOU LOVE ME, YOU LOVE ME NOT

[The eternal question—Does he love me?]


Do you love me or you don’t?
It’s a question of four words.
On that one word answer do
Hinge our own two tiny worlds.

I can’t ask you this question,
Hesitation prevents me.
If you tell me that you don’t,
Lost will be my destiny.

Why can’t you look in my eyes,
And peep down inside my heart?
You would find a burning fire.
Is it only on my part?

My fire does warm up, I hope,
Your love and you also feel
Tender ripples in your heart
And them, with a sweet kiss, seal.
