BEWARE OF HER

[Warning to men, especially of the younger variety]



Of women, why be afraid?
Traps so often they have laid

To ensnare gullible men,
And lead them into the den,

Known by the name of marriage,
About which so said a sage:

‘Marriage is a trend setter,
But not marrying is better’.

Be the lion and try to tame
That nubile creature, a dame?

Alas, you just won’t succeed.
She will scarce pay you heed

After the rings are exchanged.
Life is then totally changed!

She would be the ring leader;
Erstwhile lion, the tame pleader:)
