London Calling

Today's cowardly events in London have sickened and saddened me. Fighting for a cause you believe in is one thing...delibrately targeting innocent civilians is quite another. I'm sure as Hell certain none of the bastards' friends or family would have been in the area when the bombs went off. I have a hard time comprehending this kind of hatred. In a previous journal entry I made a flippant remark about the terrorists overlooking Canada. Apparently Canada is one of five countries specifically mentioned in Al Qaeda's threats. (I'm rather proud we're also pissin' them off) Noone is safe from this kind of madness. My thoughts and prayers go out to the people of London. Londoners are a VERY resilient lot, one of my all time favourite cities. (Nothing but fond memories)
