I'm thinking I should be rich by now! Many moons ago, when I was a kid, I swallowed one of my teeth. Doesn't everything you swallow either digest or get shat out? When my daughter was a tiny little girl she swallowed a penny. I started thinking how many kids/people have swallowed pennies or maybe even dimes.(they're smaller) What happens to all those pennies/dimes/teeth and other things when the sewage water is cleaned and purified? That kind of stuff doesn't decompose, does it? So where does it go? Now, I'm not sure about the numbers and percentages but I'm gonna guess...... If one out of every five people have swallowed a penny or other forms of currency then somewhere there is a huge stash. Where is it? Who has access to it? I'm sure there is some kind of grate that catches all of the odds and ins in the sewer that just don't belong. Is it someones job to filter out all of those things? Is that person taking the pennies home with them? I feel I should be able to claim some of this money due to my DNA swimming around down there too. MY TOOTH! I think I'm entitled! Maybe I will file a complaint with the National Sewage People. -Marv- |
