Hubby took his vacation pay so we managed to survive that little episode. The sad part is that I can't seem to make him understand that although it's great we had the extra money, it really wasn't extra. We didn't gain anything, we just saved the day. We are still going further in debt.
My vacume cleaner and coffee perk broke a few months ago and my sofa was honestly falling apart. I knew I couldn't afford a new one so I decided to just get by without. Then I went to a yardsale and got all three for $100. I felt like I won the lottery!
