Sucking it up

My head beateth like a drum. BAM BAM BAM!!! I got some shitty sinus thing going on and it's buggin' the shit out of me. I feel like I have a hangover but didn't have any fun getting it. I just popped a couple of extra strength Tylenol and I'm begging my Lord that they work really fast. My receptive skills suck wankers when I've got one of these headaches. My eyes get all blurry and it's hard to focus. I'm supposed to use ASL all day. Sheesh! My head should explode by about 3:25 p.m. if not sooner.

My boy has got the cruddy crud too. He's been feeling crappy for the past couple of days. Yesterday, one of the teacher aides came in to tell me she didn't feel good and might go home at lunch. I told her I didn't feel good either and she should try "sucking it up", like I did.

"Sucking it up" or "suck it up" The proper definition is: To shut the fuck up and stop complaining. To get the fuck over yourself and shut the fuck up. Did I mention it means...to shut the fuck up?
