she's taken it over again
Went to one of the computer labs on campus to work on a paper because my daughter has a paper due tomorrow, so she's on my computer (the one that has MS Word). Mine's not due for over two weeks yet, but the main ideas for it were milling around in my mind and trying to sort themselves out. I got about a page and a half typed before my foot cramped up, making it impossible to concentrate. Still, I'm pleased. It's supposed to be four pages, and I think I might have twice that much by the end of this week, now that I've filled some notebook paper with pre-work notes some themes are emerging from them. Feels good.

I'm going to the dentist tomorrow, to have a tooth yanked. Might miss a class or maybe both of them, but we'll see. Appointment's at 8:00a.m., don't have a class till 11:00. Thing is, though, with being preoccupied with writing this paper (for my 11:00 class) I haven't really done all the preparatory reading. I should re-read some things for my 12:15 class too.

I guess one has to let some things drop, sometimes.
