I think I'm going to have this blog be about my weight loss journey. I'm currently on a modified Body for Life plan by Bill Phillips and not doing as well as I like. For those unfamiliar with the plan basically it’s to build muscle and burn fat by weight training, eating clean and being all you can be. It last for 12 weeks and I am on day #2. I can't say if I've lost anything... pretty doubtful as it’s only been 2 full days and I'm trying to not weigh myself until next Thursday. Not weighing myself is the most difficult thing ever! Usually I'm a little OC about it by weighing myself 6-10 times a day. The scale can be your best friend or your worst enemy, sometimes within the same day. That darn backstabber. Anyway if things go well this blog will be positive, if things go back I'll delete the entries and start rambling about something else!
