Cotton Injury?

Why won't anybody shoot me? I've asked to be put out of my misery but can't seem to find anyone to help me out. I went and bought 4 different kinds of hot tea and another jug of honey to try to ease my yuckiness. I think I caught it from Milkman. He had the same thing just a few days ago and I was exposed while visiting his journal. I'm a bit confused... Moo told me that he had a cotton injury from Q-tips. What the fuck is a cotton injury? Is it where you cram the q-tip too far down your ear or is it an acute inflammation from cotton allergies? I'm waiting from some clarification from him. I'll keep you all posted.
