What to do if repairs are needed
If your vehicle is within forty (40) miles of the selling dealer, you must deliver your vehicle to the selling dealer at the address shown on the cover of your Extended Service Agreement.

If your vehicle is more than forty (40) miles from the selling dealer, call First Extended Service Corporation for the instructions before you deliver your vehicle to a repairing facility. To assure coverage under the terms of the Extended Service Agreement, authorization on behalf of the selling dealer must be obtained prior to teardown or repair. Call this toll free number:
