COMMUNION


Myriad colour, red, green,
Turquoise and damask;
Life shadow bountiful black,
Vibration vivid.

Sonnet, wicked and shallow,
Too proud, quickening;
Crimson cross, destined dismal,
Fickle dreams eclipsed.

“Why alter the single seed?”--
Thought, maddened, steadfast;
Tidal silence showcasing,
Imagination.

Dance amongst the boughs, congeal
Frost elemental.
Do congregate and alter.
Brave communion!
