Once Upon A Shadow, Deep Inside A Dream

Feelings

feelings,
arise and come forth,
remind me of things,
that are inside.
feelings,
come and go,
stay for awhile,
in my heart.
feelings,
come and take your toll,
some remain forever,
in my soul.
feelings,
laugh and cry,
hello again,
and to another, good-bye.
inside me,
pull me together,
to connect,
my mind,
body,
heart,
soul,
laughter,
and tears,
together again.
