And it's off. . .

Well, I just sent the manuscript for Second Chance off into the cold, cruel world . . .

It amazes me how easy it is for me to post my work on this site, and how difficult it is for me to print it out on paper and officially submit it to a company. It's like I'm sending a piece of me out the door, and I'm not sure if it's ready to stand on its own yet.

Now I have to start on a new novel to enter into yet another contest. It has to be 100 - 240 pages, suitable for ages 8-12, and set in the U.S. No problem! I'm on it :)

What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.
