What I'm thinking about today. . . |
On March 1, 2002, I joined the community of Writing.com. As I renew my membership this evening, I am so grateful for the opportunities for writing as well as the friendships I have developed over the past four years. Writing.com has changed my life for the better. I have confidence in my writing, and more importantly--feedback. Writing.com features and organization has really improved in the past four years. The web site gets better all the time, and new features show up just as I find a need for them. The Story Master and Story Mistress are certainly fine, dedicated individuals, and their abilities went exponential when they hooked up. I'm glad to know how love evolves in real life. I call myself a free lance writer, though I haven't managed to get my work in the proper venue to get it published, and make some money. With time, concentration, and going through all the possibilities that are spelled out for us, I know I will be published when the time is right, and my writing is developed into something specific worth reading. In the meantime, I'll continue here at Writing.com. Reading and reviewing others' works are just as important as writing for myself. This is the best writing community on the web. Thanks Writing.com. |
