A little something about nothing

My First Business Trip

I was just informed they confirmed the dates of my first business trip. Naunie, a lady I work with, and I will be flying to CA on Oct. 24th where our boss will pick us up since he will already be there. We are spending the night and having our meeting the next day. After the meeting either Jack and I, Naunie and I or just myself will be flying to AZ, where I or we will spend the night and have our meeting the next day. After that meeting I will be flying home alone.

I'm kind of excited, but nervous at the same time. Not about flying, but for one I am a little nervous they will ask me things and I will forget or not know the answers. But also, I am nervous to spend so much time with my boss. He is a very nice guy, but a little quiet...around me anyway. So I am especially nervous that it would be just he and I going to AZ. Although if we are forced together maybe it would make us talk more, right?!

I went and bought a new suit yesterday, since our dress code at work is jeans and my old suits are either tight or out dated! I'm excited to wear it, but I am debating if I need to have it hemmed a little or buy higher heeled shoes!! Must be nice to be tall and never have that issue!
