A BOUNTY OF APPRECIATION At Thanksgiving, I offer My appreciation, True and bountiful, O Lord, From my humble station. God I am grateful You have Given me all I need. I have nothing more to ask, Yet one thing do I plead. I pray I may have bounty Of appreciation, For all that I have received From this my great nation. Let me appreciate that I’m Your humble servant, And that to serve Your creatures, My life is only meant. Let me appreciate the Pain of those who suffer, So that to them relief and Sympathy I offer. Let me appreciate that Even the low and meek Do have much of Your goodness, Though they be poor and weak. Let me appreciate God That my all is, of course, Not something to be proud of, Because it is all Yours. * Written in abcb 7-6-7-6 format • Submitted to "Invalid Item" • REQUEST—While reviewing, please copy and paste the following in your review: This is a review for “entry:466235".
